Most services will REQUIRE customers to pay a $30 deposit at the time the appointment is being scheduled.  If the service you need does not require a deposit, you will be asked to save your card on file in order to book your appointment. *NO FEES WILL BE CHARGED AT THAT TIME* Customers will have the opportunity to reschedule their appointment free of charge as long as this occurs 24 hrs BEFORE the date of the appointment. Deposit fees will be credited to total price of service.

Late cancellations and no call no shows will be charged $30. This means that you will not receive a refund for the DEPOSIT fee charged when you booked your appointment. If the service you booked did not require a deposit, the card linked to your appointment WILL BE CHARGED THIS $30 FEE.
